There is absolutely no compromise on taste, giving you healthier options to pick from, and at the same time reducing our footprint on the environment.
Poornatva was conceived by Pallavi Baruah in 2019 as an experiential bakery-cafe, who realised that sustainability is a thought process and how we approach our lives as a whole. Indulging in a scrumptious dessert, a satisfying meal or snacking on your favourite munchies should not come at the cost of our health and the environment. 
Poornatva is the story of her decade-long experience in gluten-free and vegan baking, where we bring you handcrafted, gourmet desserts, advocating conscious indulgence. We take pride in catering to a diverse range of dietary needs, including diabetic-friendly options and those with health conditions like PCOD and celiac disease. 
In addition to our bakery, we have expanded our offerings with a delightful range of packaged snacks—Everything Millets, where we bring you clean, ready-to-make, and ready-to-eat millet-based products by embracing the ancient nutri-cereals like ragi, jowar, and amaranth.
